Holding a MBA, BBA in General Management and he is a Leadership Fellow of LEAD International in UK, Mr. Chamroeun has more 20 years governances experience in banking sectors, private companies, and civil society organizations. He was Chairman of KYA, YCC, YCUD, and an Independent Board of Director for Ly Hour MFI, Ly Hour Insurance, Hiefer International, and Smile Shop E-Commerce. He represented at high-level international forums held by LEAD-UK, CIVICUS, IMF-World Bank, Changemaker Network Finland, IOGT and LSU Sweden to advocate on Cambodia youth empowerment.

Japanese MBA Graduates in 2005 and ACCA completed in 2017, Chettra has 20 years of work experiences in auditing, accounting, finance, business management and training. Mr. Chettra’s strong interests are financial planning, financial analysis, internal control system, business evaluation for M&A, financial modeling and ERP set-up. Mr. Chettra started his career as an auditor and has direct experiences in telecommunication, insurance, banking, agriculture, hospitality, TV Station, amusement park, trading, educational institution, international organization, publication and property development. On top of being a lecturer of BBA and MBA at Cambodia’s well-known Pannasastra University of Cambodia and Malaysia’s Limkokwing about 10 years, Mr. Chettra is also a corporate trainer for Beeline, IHQ & Cambodia Accounting Club.

Graduated Bachelor Degree from National Institute of Management in 2003, Mr. Kang Vannak worked as a trainee in various local and foreign tour companies for about three years. While he was pursuing a master degree, he started working for the IFC-MPDF, World Tourism Organization (WTO) & the Netherlands Development Organization (SNV). In 2008, He has started a fertilizer business and expanded to more pesticides in 2012. Within 17 years of experience in business management and investment in the agriculture and tourism sector, Mr. Kang Vannak is a CEO & Founder of Nileda Co., Ltd. He is an active entrepreneur in the agricultural input sector.

Master in IT from Norton University, Mr. Rithy own his Technology company and working as Commercial Chief of EcoCam Solution Technology. Rithy has more than 15 years experiences in Telecom and Banking System solution.

Sopheary Hem brought more than 14 years experiences in Impact Leadership & Management with local and international NGOs such as Hagar international, Evangelical Fellowship Cambodia. She also served about 6 years as an Executive Director of the Voice of Love Cambodia/Family Radio FM99.5 and as a Country Director of Far East Broadcasting Cambodia. Currently, She is self employed.
